The iced tea is the corpus’s second drink and its only remaining synthetic photo, kept on purpose: the hero is a drawing, gradient and ice circles and a paper straw, because the corpus should always include one page where the photo is plainly not a photo. Tea is the easiest drink in the world to make adequately and a genuinely tricky one to make well, and the difference is almost entirely in the steep. Five minutes, no squeezing, sweeten it hot. Three rules, all of them in the steps, all of them learned by somebody’s grandmother the bitter way.
Brew a double batch when the week looks hot. The second pitcher is the difference between a house that has iced tea and a house that had iced tea, and only one of those houses is ready for people.
